Determination, execution speed, and effectiveness of ambushes: these are the aspects of the Black Mamba that inspired Aurora. The fountain pen takes its name also for the colors of its jaws, which influenced the choice of color tones and selected materials.
The texture of its skin was also a source of inspiration for the guilloché pattern on the cap, barrel, and end cap.
