The AG7 is the original Fisher Space Pen that was used on the Apollo 7 space mission in 1968 after 2 years of rigorous testing by NASA and has since been used on all manned space flights. The overall design and construction of this pen have not changed in over 50 years, and the pen you purchase today will be the same as the one taken to the moon in 1969.

The AG7 is made of solid brass with an extremely hard chrome plating; it is a heavy pen, with the weight resting reassuringly in your hand as you write. It has a very positive and substantial click mechanism, with a plunger at the top to extend the refill, as well as a unique side release button to retract it. Its special design helps ensure that you will always remember to retract the point before sliding it back into your pocket.
