Montblanc Writers Edition Homage to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Limited Edition ballpoint pen dedicated to one of the most famous writers of detective novels and creator of detective Sherlock Holmes. The pen is made of fine blue-gray resin to evoke the foggy atmosphere of London. The body and hood are decorated with a Scottish motif to recall Holmes' coat and a historic map of the city of London. The initials JB are placed on the clip in the shape of a ruthenium-coated magnifying glass. In fact, Joseph Bell is the man who inspired the character of Sherlock Holmes. The Montblanc emblem, made of precious resin is positioned on the cap.
